During our Road Trip across Macomb County, MI via Metro Parkway, we took a stop at Freedom Hill County Park.
 
    There we stopped to pay our Respect to all the fallen Military Service Persons from our area.
  While there, photos were taken of the 3 static Military items--1 bomber, 1 Huey Chopper, 1 Tank. 
  There is a meditation area for visitors to stop & speak to those who gave of their lives in order for us to
  be able to stay free here at Home.

  During the time spent inside this meditation area, the atmosphere was calm, peaceful, & silent. This author felt a oneness with those men [& women,too] who gave ALL in service of our Country; so complete was this sensation of oneness, the original purpose of the stop-photo taking- almost fell by the wayside.

  Upon arriving back at this computer the downloading, uploading, selection, & editing process began. The final photos were chosen on Thursday, 19 August, 2009.  Before moving onto the actual making of the Photo Story Video, a moment was taken to find some special images to print out for personal viewing & records.  Photos from Freedom Hill were chosen;  one such image took our breath away; it must be noted that NO tricks of editing were uesd, only the utilization of the program  'picnik.com' --crop, exposure, sharpen, color corrections, some use of 'frames effect' and adding text to some.  You will see below the close up-crop of the Huey & some added edits made to clarify the photo:  
 We believe that God gifted us that day--what is, simply IS---other crops / exposures are not the same as the final image.  You can see, believe or not, but either way--these are special Men who gave ALL in the service of our Country.
